Biography
Carl Parton was born on July 5, 1931. His home of record is Trenton, NJ.
He served in the US Army and attained the rank of Staff Sergeant (SSGT). He served with Company B, First Medial Battalion. He was a career soldier, serving for more than 19 years.
Parton was killed in action on August 12, 1969. He was survived by his wife, Mildred and four children, Allen, Rea Ann, Patrick and Amy. He is buried at Loudon County Memorial Gardens in Tennessee.
