The New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal and Vietnam Service Medal are awarded to Specialist Four Richard Amsterdam for distinguished service in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
The New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal is awarded to Gunnery Sergeant Ramon Aponte for distinguished service in the U.S. Marine Corps during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
The New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal and Vietnam Service Medal are awarded to Sergeant Eddie B. Bennett, Jr. for distinguished service in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
The New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal and Vietnam Service Medal are awarded posthumously to Sergeant Thomas J. Boyle for distinguished service in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
The New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal with silver oak leaf cluster is awarded to Bronze Star medal recipient Captain Victor E. Camaya for distinguished service in the U.S. Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
The New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal and Vietnam Service Medal are awarded to Sergeant John P. Caufield, Jr. for distinguished service in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
The New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal and Vietnam Service Medal are awarded to Sergeant Robert L. Connell for distinguished service in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.
The New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal with silver oak leaf cluster and Vietnam Service Medal are awarded to Air Medal recipient Sergeant Joseph A. Corlito for distinguished service in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
The New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal with silver oak leaf cluster and Korean Service Medal are awarded posthumously to Purple Heart recipient Staff Sergeant John M. Early for distinguished service in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
The New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal with silver oak leaf cluster and Vietnam Service Medal are awarded to Bronze Star medal recipient Specialist Four Melvin A. Feller for distinguished service in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

The New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal is awarded posthumously to Machinist’s Mate Third Class Sam W. Maniscalco for distinguished service in the U.S. Navy during WWII in the Asiatic Pacific Theater of Operations and also in support of the Korean War.
