Biography
Werner E. Lutz was born on August 16, 1938, to Mr. and Mrs. Werner Lutz. His home of record is Fairview, NJ. He graduated from Jersey City College in 1960.
He served in the US Marine Corps and attained the rank of Captain (CAPT). Lutz became a specialist in intelligence and was assigned to Vietnam in October 1964.
Lutz was killed in action on June 2, 1965, when his small scout plane was shot down while on patrol near Danang Air Base.
