Biography


Richard E. Stephan was born on October 7, 1931.  His home of record is Pennington, NJ.

He served in the US Navy and attained the rank of AECA.  Richard was part of the Military Advisory and Assistance Group in Vietnam.

Stephan died from malaria on August 31, 1960.  He is the first Vietnam War casualty from New Jersey.
