Biography
Louis T. Ortiz was born on February 5, 1949. His home of record is Carteret, NJ.
Ortiz entered the US Army where he attained the rank of Private First Class (PFC).
On September 30, 1969, at the age of 20, Oritz was killed in action in South Vietnam. He is buried at St. James Cemetery in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
