Biography
Stewart A. Melnick was born on August 14, 1946. His home of record is Bradley Beach, NJ. He graduated in the class of 1964 from Asbury Park High School. In high school his nickname was “Zeus”. He played football, basketball, and track. He was also a member of the Boosters and Speech Club. He planned to attend college at Trenton State. His future plan was to become a physical education teacher.
He served in the US Army and attained the rank of First Lieutenant (1LT).
Melnick was killed in action on September 3, 1968.
