Biography


Michael J. Daley was born on April 21, 1948.  His home of record is Union, NJ.  His family moved to Union from the South and for this reason he was nicknamed "The Rebel."  He graduated from Union High School.

Daley served in the US Marine Corps as part of Platoon 2086.  He spent some time at Parris Island.  He attained the rank of Private First Class (PFC).  He was assigned to Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 9th Marines.

Daley was killed in action on March 16, 1967.
