Biography
Glenn E. Truex was born on September 13, 1950. His home of record is Park Ridge, NJ.
He served in the US Marine Corps and he attained the rank of Private First Class (PFC).
On August 22, 1969, Truex was returning from a successful combat mission near Da Nang, when his unit was mistaken by another American unit as the enemy. Truex was killed in action by friendly fire.
Glenn is buried at George Washington Park Cemetery, Paramus, NJ.
