Biography


Vincent C. Mauro, Jr. was born on December 4, 1948.  His home of record is Trenton, NJ. He attended Trenton High School and was employed by the NJ Department of Transportation before being drafted. He was also a member of St. Joachim’s Church.

He served in the US Army and attained the rank of Corporal (CPL).

Mauro was killed in action on March 20, 1971. He was survived by his father, Vincent Mauro, Sr., three brothers, Louis, Daniel and Carmen and two sisters, Mary and Catherine.
