Biography
Francis L. Rossell, Jr. was born on December 26, 1943. His home of record is Haddonfield, NJ.
He served in the US Navy and attained the rank of Hospital Corpsman Third Class (HM3).
Rossell was killed in action on October 28, 1968 at the age of 24. He was killed in Quang Nam Province, South Vietnam. He was killed by artillery, rocket, or mortar.
