Biography
Gordon L. Sargent, Jr. was born on April 22, 1948 in Butte MT to Gordon and Eileen Sargent. His home of record is Newark, NJ.
Sargent married Cindy Kessler in 1965 in Joplin, MO and was deployed to Vietnam with the US Marine Corps in 1968 where he attained the rank of Private First Class (PFC).
Sargent was killed in action on March 2, 1969. He is buried at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery in Joplin, MO.
