Biography
Francis K. Kulbatski was born on March 20, 1948. His home of record is Jersey City, NJ. He had four sisters (Lorraine, Roseanna, Karen, and Janine) and one brother (Richard).
He served in the US Army and attained the rank of Corporal (CPL). He was assigned to A Troop, 1st Squadron, 9th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division.
Kulbatski was killed in action on February 15, 1969, when his helicopter was shot down over Long Khanh Province.
