Biography


Joseph E. Packer, Jr. was born on July 13, 1945. His home of record is Camden, NJ. Joseph was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School.

He served in the US Air Force and attained the rank of Airman Second Class (A2C).

Packer was killed on June 16, 1966, when the truck he was driving swerved off a narrow bridge in Vietnam, while trying to avoid hitting a Vietnamese woman and her baby.
