Biography


Alfred Bauer was born on March 6, 1947.  His home of record is Keansburg, NJ.  He had two brothers (John and Paul Bauer) and a sister (Gloria Bauer Paulin).  Alfred graduated from Middletown Township High School in 1965.  

He entered the US Navy where he served as a Flight Navigator and attained the rank of Fireman (FN).

On January 16, 1969, Bauer was killed in action in South Vietnam, Quang Tri.  He was 21 years old.
