Biography
James P. Coats was born on September 26, 1934. His home of record is Galloway Township, NJ.
He served in the US Army and attained the rank of Sergeant (SGT). He began his tour on November 29, 1965.
Coats was killed in action on January 25, 1966 during a plane crash. He is buried at Gettysburg National Cemetery in Pennsylvania.
