Biography
Guy F. Johnson was born on August 9, 1948. His home of record is Chatham, NJ. He had a sister, Penny.
He served in the US Army and attained the rank of Warrant Officer (WO). He was assigned to the 254th Medical Detachment, 498th Medical Company, 55th Medical Group, 44th Medical Brigade.
Johnson was killed in action on March 26, 1969, when his UH-1H Huey was hit by a rocket-propelled grenade while on a Medevac mission.
