Biography
William A. Pleasant was born on November 14, 1942. His home of record is Jersey City, NJ. He attended School 14, A. Harry School and Lincoln High School. He had planned to attend law school after his service was complete.
Pleasant was drafted in April, 1964. He entered the US Army and attained the rank of Specialist 4 (SP4).
On November 17, 1965, at the age of 23, Pleasant was killed in action while serving with an Army Air Mobile Unit. He is buried at Long Island National Cemetery.
