Virtual New Jersey Vietnam Veterans Remembrance Day Ceremony

Due to the public health concern presented by Coronavirus (COVID-19), our annual New Jersey Vietnam Veterans Remembrance Day Ceremony has been changed to a virtual ceremony. The New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs medals presentation will not take place due to the virtual ceremony.

The New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal and Vietnam Service Medal are awarded posthumously to Sergeant Thomas J. Boyle for distinguished service in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
The New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal with silver oak leaf cluster is awarded to Bronze Star medal recipient Captain Victor E. Camaya for distinguished service in the U.S. Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
The New Jersey Distinguished Service Medal and Vietnam Service Medal are awarded to Sergeant John P. Caufield, Jr. for distinguished service in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
