Biography
Delancy D. Tolbert was born on June 10, 1947. His home of record is Newark, NJ. Delancy graduated from West Side High School in 1965. He was known in school as Delancy Sellers.
Tolbert served in the US Marine Corps and attained the rank of Lance Corporal (LCPL).
Tolbert was killed in action on May 10, 1967. Delancy is buried in Heavenly Rest Memorial Park, East Hanover, NJ.
