Warren Lively II was born on January 26, 1951, to Mr. and Mrs. Warren Lively, Sr.  His home of record is Trenton, NJ.  He had one brother, Donald, and three sisters, Patricia, Cassandra and Bienvenido.  Warren graduated from Trenton High School.

Lively entered the US Army and attained the rank of a Specialist 4 (SP4). 

On July 11, 1970, Lively was killed in action.
