Richard Plotts was born on April 7, 1947.  His home of record is Mount Holly, NJ.

He served in the US Army and attained the rank of Private First Class (PFC).  He was assigned to D Company, 2^nd Battalion, 18^th Infantry Regiment, 1^st Infantry Division.

Plotts was killed in action on December 7, 1967.
