Frederick A. Pine was born on March 9, 1943.  His home of record is Trenton, NJ.  He was a good athlete, especially excelling at basketball.

Pine served in the US Army and attained the rank of Specialist 4 (SP4).  He was assigned to Charlie Company, 2^nd Battalion, 12^th Cavalry, 1^st Cavalry Division.

Pine was killed in action on January 2, 1968.
