Frank Harry Bushey was born on March 7, 1946, and was the only child of Mildred and Francis Bushey.  He was born in Camden, NJ, and attended Woodrow Wilson High School.  He graduated in 1964.  Frank enjoyed church, bowling, baseball and all sports.

Bushey enlisted in the US Army on December 3, 1965, and attained the rank of Private (PVT).

On April 10, 1968, Bushey was killed in action in Vietnam.
