Clifford R. Stout was born on October 31, 1946.  His home of record is Trenton, NJ.   Clifford attended Lawrence Junior High School and Trenton Central High School. 

He served in the US Army and attained the rank of Private First Class (PFC). 

Stout was killed in action on November 21, 1966. 

Outside Lawrence Junior High School, there is a marker honoring Clifford “Kip” Stout and his classmate, Douglas Dickerson.
