Anthony D'Altrui
Anthony joined United States Marine Corps 5 Days after High School Graduation on June 28th 1966. He was trained in basic and advanced infantry at Parris Island, South Carolina & Camp Jejune, North Carolina respectively. He also trained as an Air Traffic Controller at Glynco Naval Air Station, Brunswick Georgia. Anthony was stationed at various locations as an air traffic controller including, Southern California, Hawaii, and Iwakuni, Japan prior to going to Vietnam in late 1968. In Vietnam he was stationed at Chu Lai with Mag 13 and An Hoa with 5th Marine Regiment. Anthony returned home the fall of 1969 and was honorably discharged as a corporal E-4
Currently, Anthony is retired after 40 years in the construction industry of which 35 years were as a private business owner.
